As a mortgage broker, the best part of my job is helping my clients experience the excitement of settlement day and the feeling of finally getting to hold the keys in their hands.

Based in Pukekohe, but servicing the Franklin region and beyond, I have an extensive background in banking and finance and a passion for working with people. Every day I get to meet clients from all walks of life, hearing their stories and helping them secure their dream home or property.

Working with a mortgage broker at the very start of your property journey ensures you will be placed with a lender that suits your needs and wants from the get-go.

I can secure home loans for first home buyers, new-builds, if you are self-employed, for investment or commercial properties, if you want to refinance, or if you simply want a mortgage review. No situation is too tricky, and even if the bank has turned you away there’s still hope with non-bank lending.

With online forms at your convenience and a posse of trusted professionals that I work alongside, my services aim to cut out any unnecessary stresses and get you the most out of your mortgage experience.

1. INITIAL PHONE CALL

Everyone has a dream property, but each situation is different. Once you’ve been in touch, we’ll catch up over the phone for a brief overview of your request and what information you’ll need to get together for the next step.

2. APPLICATION FORM

Before we meet, I’ll send you an electronic form that takes less than ten minutes to complete. This will give me the information I need to start figuring out your options and solutions.

3. FACE-TO-FACE MEETING

We’ll catch up in person or if that’s not possible, I’m open to Skype or FaceTime meetings. We can go over ideas and options that I already have, and start to work out the best way forward for your situation.
